Subscription Fees, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Subscription Fees

• Your credit card will be automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction each month, or on the final date of the month if there is no corresponding date (e.g., a subscription initiated on January 31, 2024, renews on February 28, 2024).
• Discounts, rebates, or other special offers are only valid for the initial subscription term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
• Digital Femboy Projects reserves the right to terminate the subscription and associated terms if it is unable to renew the subscription due to inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
• Access to services provided under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

• You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
• The only valid method for canceling your subscription is via the cancellation link provided on your user “dashboard” page, accessible after logging in to the Digital Femboy Projects website. Requests to cancel by email or phone are not considered valid for cancellation purposes.
• Upon cancellation, your membership subscription will not terminate immediately. Your access will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example, if your credit card is typically charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will retain access until May 10th.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may cancel a renewed subscription by contacting Digital Femboy Projects within two (2) calendar days after the renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
