Automation flows and uses — Marketing
- If a new submission in Tally is made, create a page in a Notion database
- If there’s a new payment, record the transaction in Slack and a Notion database
- If I upload a new YouTube Video (shorts will also trigger this), share a link on Facebook
- If I upload a new YouTube Video (shorts will also trigger this), share a link on Twitter
- If I upload a new YouTube Video (shorts will also trigger this), share a link on LinkedIn
- If an email is received at press@digitalfemboy.com, forward it to me and CC our PR intern
- If an email is received at care@digitalfemboy.com, forward it to me and the project manager
- If an email is received at seo@digitalfemboy.com, forward it to the SEO manager and CC me
- If an email is received at ppc@digitalfemboy.com, forward it to me and the ad manager
- If an email is received at design-dev@digitalfemboy.com, forward it to the development team, and design lead, and CC me
- If any email receives a message, forward a copy of the conversation to archive@digitalfemboy.com
- If I share a photo on Instagram, add the photo to a Facebook photo album
- If I post on WordPress, create an article on Medium
- If I post on WordPress, share a link to the post on Facebook
- If I post on WordPress, share a link to the post on Twitter
- If I post on WordPress, share a link to the post on LinkedIn
- If a spike in traffic is tracked on our website, send me a push notification and email
- If some content is getting higher than usual engagement, send me a push notification
- If content is published on a project site, copy the post to digitalfemboy.space
- If I publish a WordPress post, write a summary with Eden AI
- When I publish a WordPress page or post, perform auto SEO with Eden AI and Yoast, then notify me in Slack and create a Notion task to review
- Every day, update our social media metrics database and trigger a refresh in our chart data stream
